Returns & Exchange Policy
"মিনি হায়া"-তে কাস্টমারদের সর্বোচ্চ সন্তুষ্টি ও অধিকার রক্ষা আমাদের প্রধান দায়িত্ব। আমরা চাই আপনার প্রতিটি কেনাকাটা হোক ঝামেলামুক্ত ও বিশ্বস্ত। তাই যেকোনো অসঙ্গতি বা সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের রয়েছে চমৎকার সহজ রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা।
১. ওপেন-বক্স ডেলিভারি এবং রিটার্ন সুবিধা
- আমাদের রয়েছে শতভাগ বিশ্বস্ত ও নিরাপদ ওপেন-বক্স ডেলিভারি (Open-Box Delivery) সুবিধা।
- ডেলিভারি ম্যান আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছালে, আপনি তার সামনে প্যাকেট খুলে কাপড়, সেলাই, সাইজ এবং কোয়ালিটি বাচ্চার গায়ে দিয়ে চেক করতে পারবেন।
- যদি কাপড় বা ডিজাইন আপনার পছন্দ না হয় কিংবা কোনো সাইজে অসঙ্গতি পান, তবে আপনি কোনো চার্জ ছাড়াই প্রোডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে সাথে সাথে ফেরত (Return) দিতে পারবেন।
২. সহজ এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি (ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের পর)
- যদি কোনো কারণে আপনি ডেলিভারি রিসিভ করার পর বুঝতে পারেন যে সাইজে সমস্যা বা কোনো কালার পরিবর্তন করা প্রয়োজন, তবে আপনি সেটি আমাদের মাধ্যমে এক্সচেঞ্জ করে নিতে পারবেন।
- ডেলিভারি বুঝে নেওয়ার পর অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে মেসেজ দিয়ে এক্সচেঞ্জের রিকোয়েস্টটি জানাতে হবে।
- পরবর্তীতে এক্সচেঞ্জ ড্রেসটি পাঠানোর ক্ষেত্রে পুনরায় রেগুলার ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৩. এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী
- প্রোডাক্টটি অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ অব্যবহৃত (Unused), অক্ষত (Undamaged) এবং না ধোয়া (Unwashed) অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
- প্রোডাক্টের সাথে থাকা মূল ট্যাগ, লেবেল, বা প্যাকেট (যদি থাকে) অবশ্যই অক্ষত অবস্থায় ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
- প্রোডাক্টে কাস্টমার কর্তৃক কোনো প্রকার দাগ, সুতা টান লাগা বা পারফিউমের গন্ধ থাকলে সেটি কোনোভাবেই এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন হিসেবে গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
⚠️ একটি বিশেষ অনুরোধ:
বাচ্চাদের বয়স অনুযায়ী উচ্চতায় বেশ পার্থক্য হয়ে থাকে। তাই যেকোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত সাইজ জটিলতা এড়াতে অর্ডার করার পূর্বে দয়া করে আমাদের মেজারমেন্ট বা ঝুল চার্টটি ভালোভাবে দেখে বাচ্চার জন্য সঠিক সাইজটি নির্বাচন করুন।
৪. রিফান্ড পলিসি (Refund Policy)
- যদি আপনার ভুলবশত পেমেন্ট করা হয়ে থাকে অথবা কোনো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রোডাক্টের কারণে রিটার্ন করতে চান, তবে প্রোডাক্টটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর যাচাই-বাছাই সাপেক্ষে ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার বিকাশ বা রকেট নম্বরে মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

1. Open-Box Delivery & Instant Returns
- We offer a highly secure and reliable Open-Box Delivery service across Bangladesh.
- When the delivery rider arrives at your doorstep, you can open the package to check the fabric quality, stitching, and size before making the final payment.
- If you are not satisfied with the fabric or fit, you can instantly return the product to the delivery rider without any return charges.
2. Easy Exchange Policy (After Receiving Delivery)
- If you realize there is a sizing issue or if you wish to change the color after accepting the delivery, you can easily exchange the product.
- You must notify us via our official Facebook Page or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the package to request an exchange.
- Please note that standard delivery charges will apply for sending the new exchanged product.
3. Terms & Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- The product must be completely unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
- The original price tags, labels, and packaging (if any) must be intact and returned with the item.
- Any item with stains, pulled threads, or perfume odors caused by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
⚠️ Special Note:
Children's heights can vary significantly within the same age group. To avoid any unwanted size mismatches, we kindly ask you to carefully review our size/length chart before placing an order.
4. Refund Policy
- If you receive a defective item or if a refund is approved upon inspection of a returned unused product, the refund will be processed and sent to your Bkash/Rocket account within 3 to 5 business days.
